Going to a repair shop is right up there with going to the dentist! Acclaim was recommended to me by an associate and I'm so glad she did. There was a huge problem with my Mustang's AC compressor and Ken Tully explained exactly what needed to be done. After the work was completed he told me the additional work that I needed to budget/schedule for over the next few months....if I wanted to keep the car. After two years of doing nothing more than changing the oil and tires....I knew he was telling me the truth. I did not feel taken advantage of. So if you're a single woman needing a great mechanic ~ take your car to Acclaim. There's absolutely no BS! Just the truth and great work. My car's actually purrring!

They were able to fit my oil change (even though I didn't have an appointment) and I was on the road in no time. They were very pleasant and swift. Rich advised me about adhering to my maintenance schedule, which I appreciated greatly. Thanks, Ken & Rich!
