I have been going to Curt's for almost 8 years now. When they give you a quote, it includes everything, no nasty surprises. I got a 2nd quote from Brand X when my AC compressor died and they first said $400 less than Curt's. Then I started asking what all it included, and it was, "Oh, well, yes, coolant will be additional, no, the drier is extra, taxes are not in that, etc, etc." I walked out without listening to any more and headed "home". Curt's whole staff DOES make me feel like I'm home. They are midpoint on price, but top-of-the-line on integrity, honesty, and customer service. The waiting room and bathrooms are clean, the staff curteous, and always straight-shooting. I never feel 'talked into' services, instead, they have told me some things I thought I needed could wait and prioritized repairs for me so I could budget them in. As a widow, I feel safe and that MY best interests are considered rather than just being another anonymous service ticket.

I have used Curt's Auto Repair for the past 2 years and the work has been quality and quoted with an extremely fair price. The staff are professional and the customer service is everything you would want from a repair shop.
I recently brought my car in and the front desk guy listened to what I "thought" was wrong with my car. He patiently waited, didn't argue, or belittle me. He only said, "we'll take care of the problem." Obviously, I was completely wrong, they fixed my car, and I was treated with the utmost courtesy.
I would recommend Curt's to anyone that needs a quality repair at a fair price and wants to be treated well.

I found Curt's after my car stalled and died a full two weeks after I just had it fixed at a different auto dealer. Turns out the first set of mechanics botched my fuel pump installation and incorrectly connected a hose. I only have one car and a dependent family so this was a huge mistake on their part.
Curt's was amazing from the first call. They took my car in on the same day, analyzed the problem, explained in detail what was happening every step of the way, and fixed my issue.
I am always worried about a mechanic offering "needed work" that isnt really needed, especially since my car wasn't working. Curt's told me in plain english what was happening and what went wrong to make the car not work correctly. The labor costs are a bit high, but you get the best of the best working on your car. They even dropped my car off at my house because I had no way to pick it up, now thats service.
A+++ guys. Fully recommend.

I went online to find a reputable auto service that could service my car closer to where I worked. After a driving trip to LA I arrived home with sounds under the hood that were not good. I found Curt's Auto Repair on your website and called them with fingers crossed that they would take my car on a Monday morning (as I was headed to their shop). Not only did they accept the car for service, they took me to my job, called about the 'strange noise', fixed it and did some other maintenance work and then picked me up from work. The service was great, the cost was reasonable and I will continue to use their service. All the people I dealt with were wonderful! Thanks, Curt.

The A/C on my '03 Dodge/c**mins pick-up was not working very well. I found Curt's Auto Repair on one of the websites that recommend approved repair facilities & took the truck just to get an estimate (with no appointment). Curt, immediately, had me put the truck in one of his bays, checked-out the A/C & found it to be low on freon. He topped it off, checked the system & sent me on my way with NO CHARGE!!! I couldn't believe it. And, the A/C now works well.
Needless to say, I'm spreading the 'good word' about Curt's Auto Repair & will be using them again.
Curt is a very nice man & seemed to be genuinely interested in my trucks problem. Even took an extended road test just to check out how the A/C was working.
Thank You, Curt!!!
