These guys were great! I had a tough problem with my Murano radio/cd/nav/Bose. They really put forth a lot of effort to get it working again and the price was extremely fair. I recommend Jeff's without hesitation.

a couple years back i took in a pioneer deck that had broken arms (which are the things that hold the face) so i showed them the radio and they said that it was under warranty.so they told me that i wouldn't have to pay for nothing they called pioneer and billed them. the good thing is that i didn't even have a receipt and they still assisted me..other radio shops would of done something like charging me and pioneer just to make money..5*.. fast service and reliable.

Jammed my Jaguar CD player. They did the necessary repairs in very short time. Then, reinstalled the unit while I waited to insure it was working properly.
After a month, I started to have problems with skipping. I took it back to Jeff's. They took the unit out of the Jag, installed a new laser reader, installed the unit and got me on my way with only an apology for my inconvenience.
Would recommend this shop to any of my friends, and I have. They do great work and very customer service oriented.

I was very satisfied with the professional service which Jeff offers. I had my car CD changer repaired and like Jeff stated the turn around is 2 to 3 days. Mine was completed on the 3rd day.I was amazed how large of an operation he has and this business can repair anything that goes into your dash to play. A 5 Star business
