I have been using Fairway Auto for several years and have been thrilled with the service that I receive from Dale and his crew. Always have kept me updated on what the cost will be to repair my car, no surprises!!!

I am very happy with Fairway Auto Repair. I use them frequently to service vehicles for my business -- in fact, I just took one of my trucks in there today. They do an excellent job and their prices are competitive.
Fairway has done both maintenance and repair work for me. When I bring my vehicles in, they service them in a timely manner. I recommend them and continue to use them because they are personable, honest, and fair.

Our whole family uses Fairway Auto Repair, including my husband, our twin boys, and my mother. I have been using them for at least 6 years now and their service has been above and beyond what I expected. They are completely thorough to the point that they will check everything from light bulbs to brake pads even if you just go in for an oil change. We have twin 16-year-old boys and, when they got their first car, Dale went through the entire vehicle, checking everything out and showing them the blind spots. He was troubleshooting for the boys. I do not think that the average auto shop would have done that. Dale also sends reminders about routine maintenance requirements so that you do not have to rely on a light coming on to remind you to change your oil. I think that this is wonderful. In terms of Price for Value, I would give them a 10-star rating if I could. They are totally outstanding and completely reliable.

I have been to Fairway Auto for quite a few repairs due to other shops that did not fix my car right. They also found other important things that needed to be done ASAP. They will take you home and pick you up and even wash your car after repairs are done. The best part is everything is done perfect. They even replaced my engine and my car has never ran better. They are very outgoing and friendly and even call you a couple days later to see if everything is still okay with your automobile. On Customer Satisfaction, I rate them a 10.

Best shop in the valley, really treat you like family. Didn't try to sell me things that I didn't need. Will refer others to this shop, great job to Dale and his guys!!
